勝浦修（1946年生まれ）は、日本の将棋棋士。九段。北海道紋別市出身。1967年に四段昇段してプロ入りし、1976年にA級八段となり、通算7期を務めた。竜王戦では1組に4期在籍した。王位戦でタイトル初挑戦を行い、中原誠王位に敗れた。1979年には早指し棋戦でベスト4に進出した。1980年のオールスター勝ち抜き戦で7連勝を記録し、棋戦初優勝となった。

Osamu Katsuura (born 1946) is a Japanese shogi player. Kudan. Born in Monbetsu City, Hokkaido. In 1967, he became a 4th dan and became a professional, and in 1976 he became a 8th dan, serving for a total of 7 terms. In the Ryuo match, he was in Group 1 for four terms. He challenged for the title for the first time in a championship match, and lost to Makoto Nakahara. In 1979, he advanced to the top four in a quick game. In 1980, he recorded seven consecutive wins in the All-Star Tournament, becoming his first victory in a shogi tournament.
