小宮一慶（こみや かずよし）は日本の経営コンサルタントで、小宮コンサルタンツの代表取締役です。京都大学法学部卒業後、東京銀行に入行し、M&Aなどを担当した後、岡本アソシエイツに移籍し取締役となりました。その後カンボジアの国連平和維持活動に参加し、内閣総理大臣表彰を受けた。1996年、小宮コンサルタンツを設立し代表となり、企業規模や業種問わず幅広くコンサルティングを行っています。また、明治大学大学院会計専門職研究科の特任教授や名古屋大学客員教授としても活動しています。

Kazuyoshi Komiya is a Japanese management consultant and CEO of Komiya Consultants. After graduating from Kyoto University's Faculty of Law, he joined the Bank of Tokyo, where he was in charge of M&A, and then transferred to Okamoto Associates, where he became a director. He later participated in a United Nations peacekeeping operation in Cambodia and received the Prime Minister's Commendation. In 1996, he established Komiya Consultants and became its representative, providing consulting services to a wide range of companies regardless of size or industry. He also serves as a specially appointed professor at Meiji University Graduate School of Accounting and as a visiting professor at Nagoya University.
