Takehiko Kasuga (born 1951) is a Japanese psychiatrist. Born in Kyoto Prefecture, his father was also a doctor. After graduating from Shizuoka Prefectural Shizuoka High School, he graduated from the Nippon Medical University School of Medicine and completed the Department of Hygiene at the same graduate school.
