浅野真澄（1977 - ）は、日本の女性声優、ナレーター、作家、作詞家。愛称はますみん。代表作には『破邪巨星Gダンガイオー』や『一騎当千』が含まれる。
浅野は秋田県能代市で生まれ、埼玉県三郷市で育ちました。現在の身長は163cmですが、小学生時代にすでに160cm以上もありました。
彼女は小学校4年生の時に埼玉県三郷市に転居し、その後高校や大学を卒業しました。大学の費用が捻出できないため、高校では奨学金を得るために過ごし、無遅刻・無欠席・無早退でした。
その一方で、アルバイトをしたりホステスとして働いたりして資金を貯めました。彼女は一人暮らしするために全ての時間をアルバイトに費やしました。その後引っ越し代の返済や生活苦から抜け出すために夜中はホステスとして働いていました。
彼女は中学の頃から映画雑誌のライターや編集者のような自立した女性に憧れて、大学になっても変わらなかった。しかし当時は就職氷河期で出版社以外でもなかなか内定がもらえませんでした。
しかし1998年には徳間書店が主催したオーディション「声優サマースクール」でグランプリを獲得しました。彼女の自己アピールでは、受け狙いで秋田にいた頃はカエルにストローを刺して遊んでいたことを話しました。
深い不安があったですが、友人から「安定しているかどうかは環境ではなく自分次第では？」と言われたことで普通の就職は大事なことではないと気付き、声優を目指すことに決めました。代々木アニメーション学院の特待生の資格を得て大学4年からは掛け持ちで通学しました。
卒業後アイムエンタープライズに所属し、ブロッコリー主催の『デ・ジ・キャラット』声優オーディションを受けるも不合格となりました。同年4月にユニット「KiraKira☆メロディ学園」の1期生として立ち上げに参加しました。
彼女は初アフレコした頃は同世代に先輩でもタメ口で話しかけていました。新人のときに初めて振り込まれたギャラは7000円です。2001年に事務所所属後の初仕事としてアニメ『破邪巨星Gダンガイオー』で初ヒロイン・地堂仁美役を務めました。その後、アニメ『ちっちゃな雪使いシュガー』で2人の主人公の内の1人、サガ・ベルイマン役で初主演しました。
2003年4月1日に所属事務所をアーツビジョンに移籍し、その後アニメ『一騎当千』の孫策伯符役で自身初となる単独での主演を務めました。同年10月22日にCDデビュー作となるミニアルバム『nostalgia』をリリースしました。
2005年8月24日にフルアルバム『happyend』、DVD『doridori』、エッセイ集『ひだまりゼリー』を同時にリリースしました。同年10月29日から2007年9月20日まで堀江由衣が結成したユニット「Aice5」（アイス）に参加しました。

Masumi Asano (1977-) is a Japanese female voice actor, narrator, author, and lyricist. My nickname is Masumin. Representative works include ``Haja Kyousei G Dangaioh'' and ``Ikki Tousen''.
Asano was born in Noshiro City, Akita Prefecture, and raised in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture. Her current height is 163 cm, but she was already over 160 cm when she was in elementary school.
She moved to Misato City, Saitama Prefecture when she was in the fourth grade of elementary school, and then graduated from high school and university. Unable to pay for university, he spent his time in high school trying to earn a scholarship, and was never late, never absent, and never left early.

I realized that getting a regular job wasn't important, and decided to become a voice actor. I qualified as a scholarship student at Yoyogi Animation Academy, and from my fourth year of university, I attended the school as a part-time student.
After graduating, he joined I'M Enterprises and auditioned for the voice acting role of ``Di Gi Charat'' sponsored by Broccoli, but was unsuccessful. In April of the same year, I participated in the launch of the unit "KiraKira☆Melody Gakuen" as a 1st generation member.
When she first recorded, she used to talk to people of the same generation and seniors in a casual way. The first payment I received when I was a new employee was 7,000 yen. In 2001, as her first job after joining the agency, she played the role of Hitomi Jido, the first heroine, in the anime ``Haja Kyousei G Dangaioh''. After that, she made her first starring role as Saga Bergman, one of the two main characters, in the anime ``Little Snowman Sugar.''
On April 1, 2003, he transferred his agency to Arts Vision, and later played the role of Sonsaku Hakufu in the anime ``Ikki Tousen'', his first solo starring role. On October 22nd of the same year, they released their CD debut, the mini-album ``nostalgia''.
