Kosoko Kobayashi is a Japanese light novel author from Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. After spending his university years in Hokkaido, he currently lives in Kanagawa Prefecture. The origin of the pen name is from Emperor Qin Shi Huang.
His favorite works include Kannon Yoshizaki's manga ``Sergeant Keroro'', Fuyumi Ono's novel ``Twelve Kingdoms'', and Pearl S. Buck's novel ``Daichi''. He was already exposed to light novels when he was in junior high school.
Although I submitted about 4 or 5 works, at first many of them failed in the first round.
