東畑開人は、日本の臨床心理学者、臨床心理士・公認心理師。専攻は精神分析と医療人類学。白金高輪カウンセリングルーム主宰でもある。慶應義塾大学大学院社会学研究科訪問教授や立命館大学大学院人間科学研究科客員教授を務めるなど、さまざまな役職に携わっている。
東畑は京都大学を卒業後、精神科クリニックで勤務したのち、十文字学園女子大学専任講師となり、その後准教授となった。現在は白金高輪カウンセリングルームに専念している。また、慶應義塾大学大学院社会学研究科では訪問准教授を務めている。

Kaito Higashihata is a Japanese clinical psychologist, clinical psychologist, and certified psychologist. Majoring in psychoanalysis and medical anthropology.
