Naoko Ogita is a pastry chef from Tokyo. After graduating from Rikkyo University's Faculty of Sociology, I worked for two years at the French confectionery shop Chandon, and then became an assistant to culinary expert Yoko Ishihara. I have also continued to work as a pastry chef at a Western confectionery shop in Setagaya Ward.
