Koichi Uranaka is a Japanese play song writer, picture book author, singer-songwriter, and illustrator. Born in Odai-cho, Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture. After working as a nursery teacher, she made her debut as a play song writer in 2006 in Gakken's nursery magazine ``Asobi to Kankyo 0, 1, and 2 Years Old''. After retiring from the nursery school where she worked for 9 years in 2008, she worked as a freelance illustrator/play writer. He also writes, holds play song classes, and holds live performances.
