Yoshinobu Kitamura is a Japanese legal scholar who specializes in administrative law. Currently active as a professor at Sophia University Law School. Looking at his career, he graduated from Doshisha High School in 1978 and the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Kobe University in 1983. He then studied abroad at the University of California, Berkeley, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1991. He is the author of many books, including ``Environmental Law [2nd Edition]'' and ``Municipal Environmental Administration Law [8th Edition],'' which have been published since the first edition, and he has even won literary awards. I also served as a bar exam examiner (environmental law) from 2006 to 2015.
