小泉武夫 / Takeo Koizumi

小泉武夫（1943年 - ）は、日本の農学者、発酵学者、文筆家。東京農業大学名誉教授（農学博士）。専門は、発酵学、食品文化論、醸造学。京都を訪れる際には「菌塚」に参るようにしている。
