髙柳克弘は、1980年生まれの日本の俳人。静岡県浜松市出身、東京都国分寺市在住。代表作には「未踏」や「寒林」がある。
髙柳氏は早稲田大学第一文学部ロシア文学専修卒業後、俳句研究を深め、「鷹」の結社に入会し藤田湘子の師事を受けた。その後、小野梓記念賞と俳人協会評論新人賞を受賞。俳句の神童として認識される。

Katsuhiro Takayanagi is a Japanese haiku poet born in 1980. Born in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, lives in Kokubunji City, Tokyo. His representative works include ``Unexplored'' and ``Kanrin.''
After graduating from Waseda University's Faculty of Letters, majoring in Russian literature, Mr. Takayanagi deepened his research into haiku, joined the Hawk Society, and studied under Shoko Fujita. He later won the Ono Azusa Memorial Award and the Haiku Association Newcomer's Award. He is recognized as a haiku prodigy.
He is married to the haiku poet Saki Kamino, and is engaged in a wide range of activities, including publishing short stories. He has also served as a selector for ``NHK Haiku'', a selector for the Yomiuri Shimbun evening edition ``KODOMO Haiku'', and a selector for Chunichi Haiku.
