宮城谷昌光（みやぎたに まさみつ、1945年2月4日 - ）は、日本の小説家、歴史小説・時代小説作家。古代中国の偉人にスポットを当てた作品を得意とする。
宮城谷は静岡県浜松市在住で、愛知県出身。早稲田大学卒業後、出版会社勤務や家業の土産物屋の手伝いなどをした後、郷里で英語の塾を開いていたが、作家として名が売れるまでは苦しい生活が長く続いた。
