Miri Masuda is a famous Japanese illustrator, manga artist, and essayist. After graduating from Kyoto College of Art, he took a lecture on illustration, which was a turning point, and he lived in Osaka until he was 26 years old, after which he moved to Tokyo and aimed to become an illustrator.
