Oh Sheng-ho is a Korean novelist living in Japan. My degree is a Bachelor of Arts from Osaka University of Arts. My native language is Japanese, and I cannot speak Korean or Hangul. He says, ``I'm a Korean living in Japan, but I don't really know how many generations I come from.''
In 2015, he made his debut as a novelist by winning the 61st Edogawa Ranpo Prize for ``Moral Time''. Since then, he has been working as a call center manager while devoting his three days off a week to writing.
His most famous work is "The Swan." This novel won the 41st Eiji Yoshikawa Prize for New Writers in 2019, as well as the Japan Mystery Writers Association Award (full-length and short story collection category).
