波多野 聖（はたの しょう、1959年 ‐ ）は、日本の小説家、ファンド・マネージャー。農林中央金庫やクレディ・スイス、日興アセットマネジメントで活躍し、引退後、小説家となる。著名な作品には『銭の戦争』シリーズや『メガバンク』シリーズが含まれる。
波多野聖は、一橋大学法学部卒業後の農林中央金庫に入庫する。その後、外為輸入業務や融資業務に従事し、300億円のポジションを持つ債券ディーラーとなる。30歳でロンドンでの管理業務職への異動を拒否し、資産運用の現場から離れたくないという思いから農林中央金庫を退職する。その後、国内外の機関投資家で活躍する。
