辻原登は、日本の小説家。和歌山県印南町出身。日本芸術院会員、文化功労者。神奈川近代文学館前館長。
代表作に「翔べ麒麟」「遊動亭円木」「枯葉の中の青い炎」がある。また、「闇の奥」「冬の旅」とも評価されている。
辻原登は、青年時代から小説を書き始めていたが、その後中国貿易の仕事に従事し、日本に戻った後に作家としてデビューした。1990年に「村の名前」で芥川賞を受賞する。

**A genius novelist who shocked the world**
Noboru Tsujihara is a Japanese novelist. Born in Inami-cho, Wakayama Prefecture. Member of the Japan Art Academy and Person of Cultural Merit. Former director of Kanagawa Modern Literature Museum.
His representative works include ``Tobe Kirin'', ``Yudotei Enki'', and ``Blue Flame in the Autumn Leaves''. It has also been praised as ``Heart of Darkness'' and ``Winter Journey.''
Noboru Tsujiwara began writing novels in his youth, but later worked in the China trade and made his debut as a writer after returning to Japan. In 1990, he won the Akutagawa Prize for ``Village Name''.
