峯陽一は、日本の経済学者、国際関係学者（専攻：南部アフリカ経済論・ヒューマン・セキュリティ論）で、同志社大学教授です。1993年に京都大学文学部史学科卒業後、大学院を経て中部大学国際関係学部の助教授に就任し、その後は南アフリカ共和国ステレンボッシュ大学政治学科や大阪大学人間科学研究科で活動した。現在は同志社大学グローバルスタディーズ研究科教授として、アフリカ地域研究を進めています。
代表的な著書には、「南アフリカ－「虹の国」への歩み」（岩波新書）、「現代アフリカと開発経済学－市場経済の荒波のなかで」（日本評論社）、「2100年の世界地図－アフラシアの時代」（岩波新書）などがあります。

**“Deepening the development of South Africa and Africa and contributing to stronger ties with the Asia-Pacific region”**
Yoichi Mine is a Japanese economist and international relations scholar (majoring in Southern African economics and human security) and a professor at Doshisha University. After graduating from the Department of History, Faculty of Letters, Kyoto University in 1993, he attended graduate school and became an assistant professor at the Faculty of International Relations at Chubu University.After that, he worked at the Department of Political Science at Stellenbosch University in South Africa and the Graduate School of Human Sciences at Osaka University. Currently, he is a professor at the Graduate School of Global Studies at Doshisha University, where he is conducting research on the African region.
His representative works include ``South Africa - Steps towards the Rainbow Nation'' (Iwanami Shinsho), ``Modern Africa and Development Economics - In the Trouble of the Market Economy'' (Nippon Hyoronsha), and ``2100 World Map - The Age of Afrasia'' (Iwanami Shinsho).
