水町勇一郎は日本の法学者で、専門は労働法。早稲田大学法学学術院教授。弟子には原昌登（成蹊大学教授）、長谷川珠子（岡山大学教授）、柴田洋二郎（中京大学教授）がいる。

Yuichiro Mizumachi is a Japanese legal scholar who specializes in labor law. Professor at Waseda University Faculty of Law. His disciples include Masato Hara (professor at Seikei University), Tamako Hasegawa (professor at Okayama University), and Yojiro Shibata (professor at Chukyo University).
Mizumachi is a native of Saga Prefecture, and after graduating from the University of Tokyo, moved to Waseda University, where he continues to work today. He has also served as a public interest committee member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Labor Relations Commission and a member of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's Work Style Reform Realization Council.
