Jiro Terashima is a Japanese political commentator and foreign policy commentator. He serves as president and professor at Tama University and as a visiting professor at Tohoku Public Interest University. He is also the representative director of Terashima Bunko, a general incorporated association.
As a foreign policy commentator, he continues to recommend Japan's diplomatic strategy. After graduating from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics, he worked for Mitsui & Co., where he held successive positions including Washington Bureau Chief and Chairman of the Japan Research Institute.
