Katsuhiro Shoji is a Japanese legal scholar. Specializes in EU law (European Union law) and international organization theory. Professor at Chuo University.
After graduating from Keio University and withdrawing from the doctoral course in law research, he taught at many universities, working his way from Nishogakusha University to Chuo University. He has also been a visiting researcher at Cambridge University and European graduate schools.
